Location was awesome. Loved the option to have a room with two queen beds plus a sofa bed- great for my family of 4+ grandpa

The entire staff at the hotel were amazing. Everyone I spoke with was truly helpful and seemed to be genuinely happy to be of service. I've worked in customer facing jobs and of course interacted with many people in such roles and the staff at this hotel all seemed to like their job and be passionate about helping guest, not just going through the motions. I will highly recommend this hotel based on the staff.

we loved the hotel and felt that the price we got from You, Booking.com, was unfair— mnearly twice what other sites mentioned. my bad for going with you, based on past experience of good value; I will not use you again but WOULD return to this hotel. the staff, especially Stephanie Moore, were kind when I expressed dismay about our bill and the fact that we did not receive a fixed room rate. She said that their price was exactly what we had contracted with you but distributed variably across our three nights. as I said, I feel that Booking. com gave us a poor price but it’s obviously my fault that I took your price.

Its really all about the location in Portland! The hotel rooms themselves felt a little old, but they were clean and the lobby was really nice. I very much believe that anywhere you stay is going to be similar pricing and you have to pay for valet anywhere on the waterfront, but you might find a more modern hotel for the $400 a night rate if you do a little searching. But really - it was fine for what it is and we were not there to hang out in the hotel anyway.

Great location, walking distance to great seafood , shops and ferry service. Exceptional customer service on all aspects of the motel .

The location was awesome, close to shops and restaurants.The staff was fantastic, the front desk was accommodating, with a smile. The breakfast was a good deal for the money and the waitstaff was friendly and worked as a team, they were happy to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was average, the facility is beginning to get worn. Due to rain we spent a lot of time in the bar area even when it wasn't opened. The bartender Sloan, was the best and made sure we were happy. The bar area itself was large enough for our 10 person group.

We really enjoyed the downtown area access to many different restaurants and the location was perfect. Snack bags were a very nice addition to our room

The location was perfect to walk to areas nearby. The staff, especially housekeeping, were super helpful and friendly. Vallet parking staff were also very helpful and efficient.

Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Hotel was very clean and attractive. The staff was outstanding! Courteous and friendly to customers but I also heard them interacting with themselves and it was a pleasure to see them treat other departments within the hotel with kindness and respect. I would return to this hotel the next time I come to Portland
