The breakfast was good, the staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean and the housekeeping was awsome. The complimentary appetizers and treats were A nice surprise to celebrate our 50 th.

Location is excellent. The hotel is located right across from the Wharf and my kids loved to watch the boats/ferry come in. A super large cruise ship came in and my kids were fascinated watching the docking process from our room window. They were able to take selfies using their ipads with the cruise ship in the background. On the adult side...loved having a hotel with a restaurant that does breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Always nice to have a bar in the hotel for when the kids finally head to bed. The heated pool, which is open super early!!! was an added treat for kids that like to wake up too early when travelling.

This hotel was the perfect location for our four-day stay in Portland! Our room was great with a super comfortable bed and large bathroom. The staff was kind the lobby was large with a modern vibe.

Location was great -- you can not be in a better location for walking around the Port. Our room was large and the beds for very comfortable. The hotel lobby is so comfortable to hang out in. The bar was great. Kelly the bartender was top notch and we will be back! The front desk staff was very nice and helpful as well.

The simple check-in and check-out, cleanliness of the room, bedding, and towels. The availability of breakfast and dinner from 6am to 9:30pm and the great staff. The pantry next to the front desk was well stocked with snacks and drinks. Finally, the location was great for shopping, sightseeing, and sailing tours.

Great location for walking around with shops and restaurants, plus the Standard Baking Co bakery right by the hotel entrance. Bed was comfortable and clean and the blackout shade was effective.
